General guidelines for necklace length
How do I choose the right size?
Necklaces: To the left is a handy little diagram to help you choose the right necklace length for you. Please be aware that this is a general guideline, your neck and chest circumference will change exactly where the necklace sits on your body.
Rings: Don’t guess! I will mail you a free ring sizing gauge. Send me an email with your address and I’ll get one to you!
Bracelets: Measure your wrist using a tailor’s tape (flexible tape measure) or use a string and lay it out flat and measure it. Different bracelet types are created at different lengths depending on how they are worn. I offer general sizing in small, medium and large but can custom make bracelets in smaller and larger sizes if needed (just ask!). My general sizing guide is as follows:
size small fits a 6-6.5” wrist
size medium fits a 6.75-7.25” wrist
size large fits a 7.5-7.75” wrist
What does ‘made to order’ mean?
I recently changed all of my online shop to ‘made to order’. I found that because it’s just me making the work, my inventory is very limited and it was hard to reserve pieces for online sales separate from the work that I sell in person. Because of this, all work is made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days of your purchase. If I happen to have the exact piece in stock, I will get it to you right away. If you need something right away, feel free to reach out and see what I have on hand.
During the holiday season (when none of us have the luxury of time on our side), I will aspire to have a section of ‘ready to ship’ items that can be sent out right away.
Do you accept returns?
My policy as listed on items for sale is: Due to the handmade nature of CREO items, all sales are final with no exchanges or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact CREO.
It’s just me over here, I am human and so are you. As the maker and designer it is important to me that you love what you have purchased. If you have issues with your order, please reach out and we can discuss a solution.
How do you give back?
CREO donates 1% of all sales to chosen organizations throughout the year. CREO chooses organizations in the areas of humanitarian aid, women’s rights, rights of children and their education and the rights of the natural environment.
In 2022, CREO donated 1% of year end sales to Planned Parenthood and Nova Ukraine.
